The view from the hotel was fantastic. Also the staff was very poliet and professional. The services they had was very professional. Facilities like private onsen was very useful since we were shy to go for the public ones. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Situated right next to Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park, Highland Resort Hotel & Spa boasts Mount Fuji views, large hot spring baths and spa facilities. We love this Highland Resort and will highly recommend this place. We were blessed to be checked in and received by the Hotel Manager on duty and he’s truly an ambassador for the hotel. Explained in details, full of smiles and gave us a set of complimentary pass to the Sky Tower when we said we wanted to take in the best view but missed the timing of their gallery. Breakfast was amazingly good with a wide spread of choices and the breathtaking view of the Fuji Mountain. Our Family Room is especially spacious with 5 beds and a spectacular view of Mt Fuji. Behind the hotel is Fuji Q, an exciting funland for the young and young at hearts.

Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area. Tea time and cocktail time was the best! Incredible food and the room was huge!

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. I like everything, the ryokan style room, dinner, breakfast or the Netflix in room. The most impressive is the excellent services from all staff, the unlimited services, kind supports and willingness. The first time I stayed here was last 2 years with my friend. This time, I had my hubby with me as I want him to experience the great same thing and he enjoyed it as much as I did. Thank you for the hotel. Much appreciated!

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Večera na vysokej úrovni, raňajky taktiež (voľný bufet). Personál veľmi príjemnmý a sociálny, jasná komunikácia i napriek jazykovej bariére. Vyhliadka na Fuji, kúpele a servis predčili očakávania. Rád by som sa v budúcnosti vrátil.

Peacefully situated on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi in the scenic Mount Fuji area, Japanese-style hot spring hotel Kasuitei Ooya features rooms with stunning lake views, some boasting a private... We had the spa suite. Was perfect! Fabulous views over the lake. Apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Loved the outdoor bath. Great having kitchenette for making own meals. Staff were so lovely and shuttle from hotel a 1 min walk away was so handy. Close to a laundry shop and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend.

Boasting views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi for all rooms and hot-spring baths, Hotel Asafuji provides air-conditioned Japanese-style rooms with a green tea set. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Although we arrived with a delay they were still able to swiftly arrange our transfer, prepare our room and our meal as well.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mizuno. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning — and even on days when Mount Fuji isn’t visible, it’s still such a beautiful place to relax. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent and offer amazing value compared to most hotels in Japan. Especially if you prefer Western-style dishes, this hotel really stands out — the quality and presentation are far better than what I experienced in other hotels in the country if we talk about the same price category. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kawaguchiko. 🌿

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. The whole onsen experience was amazing. From the reception to being introduced to the room. We had yukata's (traditional home garments). Our private onsen was great. The room was beautiful, The futon bed super comfy. The food was OMG.... literally Michelin star (and I've bee at Michelin star restaurants). Staff was extremely helpful and assisted us booking travel to any place around. The location was great to just take a stroll and discover the Kawaguchi lake.
