Service is a standout. From arrival, staff were welcoming, calm, and highly accommodating. Check in was handled in the lounge with refreshments while staff came to the guest, which immediately made the experience feel relaxed and personal. Throughout the stay, staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and willing to help. Both buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent, supported by stunning lake views that elevate the entire dining experience. The onsen was exceptional and provided a peaceful space to unwind. Amenities were easy to access from the ground floor, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.

Located on a hilltop and overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, the hotel serves French dinner with an advance reservation. The best hotel during our whole trip in Japan! By far the best, location is amazing, rooms overlooking Fuji are amazing, extremely spacious rooms. The dinner and breakfast services were outstanding, we got the French menu for dinner and it was a luxury meal by all means. Staff are super friendly and welcoming

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. The whole onsen experience was amazing. From the reception to being introduced to the room. We had yukata's (traditional home garments). Our private onsen was great. The room was beautiful, The futon bed super comfy. The food was OMG.... literally Michelin star (and I've bee at Michelin star restaurants). Staff was extremely helpful and assisted us booking travel to any place around. The location was great to just take a stroll and discover the Kawaguchi lake.
