At first we found some hairs on bed, the manager end up with upgraded our room to the higher levels. Fantastic job for handling customer complaints.

Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area. The location up on the hill overlooking the lake provided a beautiful view from the rooms and onsen. The breakfast, snacks, and dinner provided were delicious and we didn’t have to leave the property unless we wanted to explore. The onsen bath was clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. The staff are very nice and helpful, they provide very good services. We could see Mountain Fuji in the room. The scenery is so great and beautiful

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Amazing wiew, delicious dinner and really comfortable and wonderful staff. Massage and private Onsen were amazing with stunning wiew of Fuji. Lake is opposite of the hotel, also they have a free château transfer to the bus and train station. It was really comfortable. Hope will come back next year.

Peacefully situated on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi in the scenic Mount Fuji area, Japanese-style hot spring hotel Kasuitei Ooya features rooms with stunning lake views, some boasting a private... Amazing hospitality, great food - even though we were not sure what are some of the things we were served for the breakfast and dinner. I loved the dinner in private rooms!

Located right in front of Lake Kawaguchi in the Mount Fuji area, Fuji Lake Hotel offers spacious accommodations with mountain or lake views. The public and private hot springs baths were amazing. The buffet dinner and breakfast are definitely worth it. The staff is SO KIND and always trying to help. I would recommend this immensely. We didn’t make the shuttle to the station and they arranged a separate shuttle just for us. The staff go out of their way to help you.

Boasting views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi for all rooms and hot-spring baths, Hotel Asafuji provides air-conditioned Japanese-style rooms with a green tea set. Amazing experience to have the chance to get dressed with a yukata for dinner. Nice locaton beside the lake in a very quiet area. The quality and quantity of dinner were superb. Extremely nice and friendly staff looking after every detail. Onsen is located on the top floor with amazing views to the lake.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. We had such a perfect stay at Mizno Hotel. Everything was just perfect. The staff was kind and breakfast were excellent! Thank you.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Our stay at Fuji Onsenji Yumedono was the highlight of what was already an amazing two week holiday in Japan. We stayed in the Miyabi room and it was phenomenal - the traditional aesthetic combined with every amenity you could need. The private onsen was amazing, the Japanese breakfast a wonderful experience. Finally, the staff were courteous, polite and had great recommendations for restaurants and things to see. We could not recommend this property enough.
