Loved the view of Mt Fuji overseeing the lake from our room Also loved the Japanese-style room, and the dinner and breakfast we availed of were great. The onsens were also a pleasant experience to try, and the staff were very attentive and can speak English well. We also appreciated the shuttle back to the station.

From the moment I got the keys to the room, I felt how luxurious this hotel is! The staff showed us the room, told us everything about our stay, and made tea for us, which felt like a mini ceremony, it was great! The view from the hotel roof is gorgeous with the foot bath onsen that makes it even better!! The private onsen is also very recommended if you want to go with your partner together with a romantic view :) The dinner was a real show and masterpiece, each day it was different, and it was a huge experience to us (although we don't eat much of the foods we got, we still tried them) It really felt like a 3 Michelin stars restaurant private dinner!) And lastly, there is a free shuttle to the kawaguchiko station, which was really good and we felt like VIPs on it! :)

We had a really wonderful and memorable stay at Hotel Mizno! Lovely room, onsen and restaurant. Not to mention the incredible view of Fuji. It was also well worth booking the open air bath! We didn’t try the bar but it looked really nice and cosy.

The facility was very clean, the staff was kind, and the food was amazing. The staff especially went above and beyond helping me find the parking lot as well as carrying my bags! They also explained everything about our room very well. The location is perfect as it is a short drive to Oishi Park and FujiQ. It was especially nice that the facility had free parking. Overall, I can't wait to stay again!
