The hotel was very well located, and the staff were exceptionally nice and kind. The room was clean and equipped with all the amenities you might need, offered free of charge. The complimentary shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko train station is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see Mount Fuji because of the weather, but this hotel is definitely a must!

Hotel views are spectacular. The free breakfast and evening buffet is amazing. The free shuttle to the station is huge bonus. The property is kept super clean and the staff is wonderful and very hospitable. The rooms are so spacious and the views from the room is unbeatable. I loved it!!!!

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. View of the Fuji is incredible! Breakfast and dinner was really good! Everything was super clean and comfortable. Location is convenient and you can use their shuttle bus to go to the station.

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Awesome stay in a traditional-style Japanese hotel. The rooms provided a really authentic feel and had great views both of Mt Fuji and of the lake. The breakfast was nice with a great variety of dishes available. But wow, the highlight was the dinner. We were served in a private room for groups, and our server (M) was incredible - very friendly and patient and always went out of her way to help us and explain things, even if there was occasionally some gap in language.

Everything was amazing, the location, the room, the onsen, the staff. Pure delight and would definitely return!

Located right in front of Lake Kawaguchi in the Mount Fuji area, Fuji Lake Hotel offers spacious accommodations with mountain or lake views. Lokasi nya bagus di samping Lake, namun tidak bisa lihat gunung Fuji dari hotel, kecuali naik ke lantai atas. Pelayanannya bagus, begitu datang lgsg staff dtg bawakan barang dan kamar sudah ready, lalu ada snack dan kopi free. Ada onsen dan piyama dll semua di pinjamkan. Kamar besar, bisa buka kasur tatami sampai 6 orang. Lokasi bisa ke danau ..depan ada persewaan sepeda, ada toko2 souvenir. Di lewati bus.

Akomodasi menawarkan hot tub, pemandangan Gunung Fuji dan Danau Kawaguchi di semua kamarnya, dan menyediakan kamar-kamar ber-AC bergaya Jepang dengan minibar dan satu set teh hijau. The staff was just great, the kindness and the way they tried to accomodate any request made them the most warm and kind staff we have ever met in our three weeks trip in Japan! My wife is vegan so she could not eat the same meal with me but they were happy to offer her what they could at the table (beverages) while I was eating. The room is a bit outdated but to be honest is not a big problem. The meals were just fantastic, little to add here. High quality good, great amount, every dish was explained at its best. I would defined recommend a stay here!

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. We absolutely loved our stay at Mizno hotel. The views from the hotel and from our room of Fuji were amazing. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony and also really enjoyed the breakfast during our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the free bike hire (which were electric) to cycle around the lake.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. The whole onsen experience was amazing. From the reception to being introduced to the room. We had yukata's (traditional home garments). Our private onsen was great. The room was beautiful, The futon bed super comfy. The food was OMG.... literally Michelin star (and I've bee at Michelin star restaurants). Staff was extremely helpful and assisted us booking travel to any place around. The location was great to just take a stroll and discover the Kawaguchi lake.
