Situated right next to Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park, Highland Resort Hotel & Spa boasts Mount Fuji views, large hot spring baths and spa facilities. Very nice a large room, staff is amazing. Location is not perfect, but they have a free shuttle bus to all the main attractions. Beautiful view from room and breakfast room.

The staff is extremely polite, calm and knowledgeable. They are willing to help with everything. They know some English so nothing is a problem for foreigners. The foot bath on the roof is free and amazing with epic Mt. Fuji view. Hotel offers a variety of services, from massages to 3 private epic ryokans and an superb all you can eat breakfast

Peacefully situated on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi in the scenic Mount Fuji area, Japanese-style hot spring hotel Kasuitei Ooya features rooms with stunning lake views, some boasting a private... The hotel is exceptional, we booked the traditional Japanese room, with tatami floor and breakfast and dinner. The onsen/hot baths were very pleasant (we only used the ones on the top floor), and even booked the private onsen at a fee, so we can enjoy privately as well. The dinner was amazing, and definitely a highlight of our trip.

Staff was great, the room was comfortable and it was sooo nice to relax at the onsen. The highlight was the breakfast, in which the staff adapted the meal to be vegetarian for the two of us who are vegetarian

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Our stay at Fuji Onsenji Yumedono was the highlight of what was already an amazing two week holiday in Japan. We stayed in the Miyabi room and it was phenomenal - the traditional aesthetic combined with every amenity you could need. The private onsen was amazing, the Japanese breakfast a wonderful experience. Finally, the staff were courteous, polite and had great recommendations for restaurants and things to see. We could not recommend this property enough.
