The setting is ideal, with direct lake side access, a swimming pool, and a dedicated viewing deck for Mount Fuji. The hotel is also conveniently located within a five minute walk of local eateries and convenience stores, and the free shuttle to and from Kawaguchiko Station makes getting around easy. Service is a standout. From arrival, staff were welcoming, calm, and highly accommodating. Check in was handled in the lounge with refreshments while staff came to the guest, which immediately made the experience feel relaxed and personal. Throughout the stay, staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and willing to help. Both buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent, supported by stunning lake views that elevate the entire dining experience. The onsen was exceptional and provided a peaceful space to unwind. Amenities were easy to access from the ground floor, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.

Boasting views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi for all rooms and hot-spring baths, Hotel Asafuji provides air-conditioned Japanese-style rooms with a green tea set. The staff were super friendly and the hospitality was very nice. The room and the environment were very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. We can see Mt. Fuji through our room's window and the window from the public onsen. The location of the hotel was great and they provided shuttle service to Kawaguchino station. The dinner and breakfast meals were amazing! Everything here was 5 stars

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. It’s warm and cozy with a phenomenon view of lake Kawaguchi. Staffs are very nice with a great service mind. Definitely gonna stay here again!
