Definitely worth paying for it when you book your room! Rooms are bigger than your typical Tokyo hotel room and beds are quite comfy. The hotel is very close to the train station. View of the Tokyo Bay is quite lovely and you are able to see Tokyo Tower in the public bath.

47 km from Fuji-Q Highland in Hakone, Onsen & Garden -Asante Inn- features accommodation with access to a hot spring bath and public bath. Despite being one of the cheapest, this was one of our favourite places we stayed in Japan. The feel is a bit backpacker-like with dorms and communal areas, but it’s so welcoming and peaceful. We stayed in a tatami mat room with futon beds which was a fun and comfortable experience. Our young girls really loved the private onsen and wished we could have longer in there! Staff were absolutely incredible, even offering to drive us a little further than Gora Station on a rainy morning. We really appreciated that, thank you! Also the breakfast was huge, freshly prepared and amazingly well-priced. The location is beautiful, surrounded by mountains. In the rain it was moody but we’ll have to come back when it is clear!

El Hakone Yutowa està situat a Hakone, a 500 m del parc Hakone Gora, i ofereix un restaurant, aparcament privat gratuït, saló compartit i terrassa. Beautiful location, close to the train station, large rooms, lovely onsens. Restaurant had a good mix of Japanese and western food. Great staff.

Absolutament tot!!! Un edifici i unes infrastucutres totalment noves. Un onsen d’aigües termals a l’aire llire que és un somni, el servei de yukatas excel·lent i el sopar per provar-ho tot. Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Amazing experience, everything was perfect. Very beautiful place with lovely scenery, highly recommend.

Nestled a 15-minute up-hill walk or a 4-minute bus ride away from Hakone Yumoto Station, Onsen Hostel K's House Hakone offers free WiFi throughout the entire property and an open-air hot-spring bath. I did the upgrade for a private room. It was absolutely amazing!!! A view to just stay in the room and relax. The team was super helpful and hospitable.
