We liked many aspects at the Dormy Inn Aomori Hotel, like the breakfast with many Japanese food, the larger room with twin beds (compared to the double bed rooms), the very nice Onsen bath, the very kind reception and cleaning staff.

THe highlight of our stay was the hospitable and welcoming staff. Shout out to Miss Alicia. She is a gem of a woman and went several extra miles to make our stay an unforgettable one. We loved the breakfast with the fresh salmon everyday. Location - Well, you can't get anything better. Get out of the Shinkansen, walk for 5 mins and voila... straight into the hotel.

Historical Ryokan SENYUKAN se nachází na ideálním místě ve čtvrti Owani Onsen v destinaci Ōwani. This place is an absolute gem. The staff, food, location and room were all exceptional. I would recommend this ryokan to anyone wanting an exceptional ryokan experience. The onsen was also fantastic and the warmest one we came across in our month in Japan.

Kameya Hotel se nachází v destinaci Curuoka a poskytuje ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm. Kamo Aquarium je 3,5 km daleko. The rooms were spacious and clean. Very comfortable! The bathtub is what sold me on the room! Nice big tub with views over the ocean and hot spring water pumped directly into your bathtub! The included breakfasts were also very good, very large servings, I didn't need lunch the days I had the breakfasts. The on-site onsens were heavenly, the "help yourself" coffee station was great, and the shop had all the things I like from the hotel available to buy ( got caramel apple tea and the lovely skin sets to take home). Highly reccommend this hotel!

Ichiraku tendo spa & brewery se nachází v destinaci Tendo a nabízí ubytování s zahradou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, sdíleným loungem a terasou. Lyžařský rezort Zao Hotsprings je 30 km daleko. What a cool place! There were so many opportunities to taste the beer that was brewed locally on-site. From the drinks bar at check-in to the tasting room open all day to the all-you-can-drink plan at dinner, the hotel was really quite generous with their liquid offerings. Even non-drinkers are accommodated with plenty of alcohol-free options. We also liked that they had multiple private baths on site. The main onsen were also quite nice. The food was fantastic and the beef served at dinner was some of the best I've had.

Yuze Hotel se nachází v destinaci Kazuno a nabízí pokoje s výhledem na hory. Jen 38 km odtud je Lyžařské středisko Appi Kogen. The dinner was amazing - there was a station where the staff prepares a small dish on the spot for you. The onsen was eye-opening to say the least. It is located beside a stream / forest, and it was refreshing to soak in the onsen while listening to the stream flow by.

Kutsurogijyuku Shintaki se nachází na ideálním místě ve čtvrti Higashiyama Onsen v destinaci Aizuwakamacu. This was our favorite hotel in Japan. It is perched on a steep hillside and has a lovely ambiance that is both luxurious and authentically Japanese. We splurged on a room with a private onsen and its own deck which was absolutely fabulous. We had a car, so getting there did not involve taking a taxi from the train station in town. However, it was a bit difficult to find when we first arrived and Google sent us to a different hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and very customer service oriented. The room and facilities were of extremely high quality - I felt as if I was in a 5 star hotel. The dinner was perfect. Hot springs are very pleasant.

Tokinenoyado Yunushi Ichijoh is situated in the Kamasaki Onsen district in Shiroishi, a 15-minute drive from Shiroishi Station and Shiroishi-Zao Station. Where to begin? The room was excellent in size and had a nice feeling to it. The onsen was close by. The staff was so kind and service minded. The whole experience with dinner and breakfast was exceptional, especially the staff member whom served us with excellent English. Just the whole experience was quite wonderful.
