Boasting hot spring baths and a beautiful garden overlooking the ocean, Toba International Hotel Shiojitei offers luxurious accommodation in Toba. We loved the location, the onsen, shirashi food, staff, nearby beaches and its proximity to the Suzuka Circuit, where we attended the F1 events.

Ryokan Asunaro: A Traditional Japanese Inn in Takayama. Nestled just a 6-minute walk from Takayama Station and the Nohi Bus Center, Ryokan Asunaro offers an authentic Japanese inn experience. Beautifully decorated ryokan, lovely rooms with locally crafted furniture. Breakfast was expensive but well worth it if you haven’t tried the local Takayama delicacies before. Staff spoke great English as well.

Just a 2-minute walk from Takayama Station, Oyado Koto No Yume offers Japanese-style rooms with a colourful touch. The room was great, quite a typical ryokan room but it also had a bath in the room which is not something you find everywhere. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the station which was important because we had quite a bit of luggage, and one of the main reasons I picked it. It was also a convenient walk to the rest of the town and the morning market. The staff were friendly and helped us with the evening meals around at nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast on our last day which for us was a local selection that includes their famous hida beef. It was quite a big breakfast and very delicious.

Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. The hotel was the main attraction in town. The hotel is so beautiful in it's traditional architecture. True place of art. The town is great if you are planning to do hikes or other small towns in the region.

Nestled in the tranquil Hida Mountains, Miyama Ouan Kyoritsu Resort offers traditional accommodation featuring hot spring baths and nature views. LOVE EVERYTHING! Had a perfect stay in Miyama Ouan. From the staff,food,onsen and so on. It was a long drive from Kyoto to Takayama and when the bus arrived from the last station the free shuttle for pick-up is already there waiting for us, probably due to heavy snowfall at that time, THANK YOU! the resort is just a 5-10mins walk from the station but its impossible with all the snow. All the staff are kind and accommodating, they always make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. Love their Yakuta, they let you chose which design you like. The room is spacious ,clean and the view from the bath is great. the onsen is perfect with a bit of snow falling . the view from the restaurant every breakfast is unparalleled. Thank you Miyama for giving me an unforgettable winter experience. Will definitely come back again!

Objekt GREENITY IWATA smješten je u gradu 'Iwata', na 12 km od znamenitosti Stadion Shizuoka ECOPA, te nudi smještaj koji sadrži zajednički salon, besplatno privatno parkiralište, terasu i bar. Incredibly clean and stylish. The food is pricey but soo worth it. The breakfast was incredible. Its not a buffet, which I loved, because the quality is higher. The onsen is super nice, sauna is the largest I've ever seen. Room decor and functionality is 15/10. The best Its a nice halfway point if you're driving to Osaka.

Great location for a short getaway. The facilities are great; they have everything you need. Highly recommended.
