The staff is very nice, my luggage was stuck in Beijing and was to be sent to a hotel in Matsue, where I would be traveling onward, and I couldn't contact the hotel online. However, the hotel staff were very kind in helping me coordinate with the hotel in Matsue to receive my luggage, and I finally received my luggage. I am very grateful for this assistance.

Although I had some concerns about buffet-style dining, we were blown away by the quality, diversity and quantity of fantastic food. This was not clearly like any buffet I have ever known back home!

Kaike Tsuruyan majoitustilat ovat japanilaistyylisiä, ja paikan päällä on sisä- ja ulkotiloissa sijaitseva kuuma lähde. It was more fancy than I thought it would be, truly amazing. The Japanese style room and the public bathing area were both a fantastic experience. Close to the beach, with quite a few restaurants and stores around, direct bus to the station. There's a fridge, a kettle, some welcome teas and snacks, and a yukata for after the bath! They have three sizes. Highly recommend.
