Hospitality service are first class and all staffs treat their guests with care. The onsens are nice and comfort. The room is great and large. The hotel is well-decorated. The facility and amenities are superb. The view is also relaxing. I arrived at the hotel late and staffs picked me up at the station. Everything was just perfect!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. The onsen is lovely, food is excellent with local wines and sake available, and great shuttle service which made our transit to and from nearby Zao onsen easy. It was our most memorable stay in Japan!
