The room was clean, the mirrors were very reflective (Good for Pictures), the toilet paper rolls looked nice with the self made flower. Overall the room was very spacious and very clean.

The staff is exceptional! I have now stay here multiple times, and will always select this hotel in the Hot Springs area. Breakfast, always fresh, rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is absolutely amazing.
