i was very tired and when i got to the hotel i met great people a friendly, hospitable and smiling family.The best rest on vacation. They brought me to the door in the morning. Thank you for the delicious home made breakfast. The location is quiet, only 2 km from the old town.

We were met by our gracious hosts and provided parking in a private, locked shed. We were then taken through a beautiful, flower lined entryway, up to the house, which has a great view of the mountains. Absolutely gorgeous house. We felt like we were stepping back in time. The night was chilly, but there were plenty of extra blankets to keep us warm. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Property was beautiful and Maradona and his family who owns the place was super friendly and made us feel at home. Will recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Girokaster. It is right next to old town as well.

Diana, and her parents, Barda and Brahos, were very heartful and hospitable people. We spent six days in their home, located in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the centre of Gjirokastra, with a stunning view over the mountains of the Drino Valley. There are many places to discover in the city as well as in its surroundings and Diana assisted us in every possible way to help us get around. We were also overjoyed by the traditional breakfast of Barda which was made from homegrown and local products. In the morning we would also sometimes drink a coffee together, or we would spent the evenings playing chess and having endless conversations. We truly felt we had becomepart of their family. If you are looking for an homestay experience, this will definitely be the right place to stay.
