The rooms were small, but clean and in great condition. We had a large balcony that had gorgeous views of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke some English which was a bonus. Breakfast was simple, but delicious.

The owner/manager is amazing. Such a nice guy. The room was clean and comfortable. The WIFI was great. Because I depend on WIFI every day, I am always concerned. No complaints at all.

Family run hospitality. The owner was a chef in London and makes the best food, all fresh quality ingredients. Owner is super responsive to guest needs . Spa like shower and good bidet. All new rooms and furniture with soft blankets , comfy beds and pillows. Inside the rooms are much more elegant than the red exterior . One feels well taken care of. We stopped here by chance as we were too late to make it to the mountains after some airport arrival mishaps but it was a perfect stop. We even found great used timberland hiking boots and sandals around the corner broken in and perfect for our hike to Theth.

The location of the property was just in the city center, perfect after a hike to Mount Gjallica. It was a very new building, with modern furnishing. The staff was warm welcoming, especially the son of the owne, Endri who was handling all the guest's requests.

Perfection in every way and a total delight! I'm not sure where to begin as our stay was exceptional. The hotel, Iljaz is just wonderful-welcoming, kind, attentive and just so nice to be around and talk with. Upon arriving, Iljaz showed us around and then brought us to the beach on the lake and set us up with an umbrella and raft. The lake is a gorgeous blue and beautiful to swim in. The property's deck has a beathtaking view of the mountains and lake. We felt cared for and welcome the entire time. The food was amazing as well-potatoes right from a neighboring farm :-). The room and bathroom were spacious. Iljaz went above and beyond showing us so much of what the area has to offer. Walking through the village was great as well. We even played jumprope wiith kids from the village. I've been to Albania 7 times now, and this was one of my favorite experiences because of the kindness, hospitality and gorgeous natural setting. I really hope to return. Two days was not enough.

The food was the best. we tried local food and it was great. The room was clean, private parking. Mr.waiter was kind and he smiled all the time and he speaks very well English. I can say after 7 days spent in Albania that the food was the best one. Congruatulation to the owner!
