One my favorite guesthouses in Albania! Amalia and her husband are so kind and welcoming, and I felt truly comfortable there right away (important for me as a solo traveler!) I was there during the beginning of May, which is still “off season” so there were only a couple other people staying there and the kitchen is not open for dinner, only for breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious!! The room was big with a balcony that had a gorgeous ocean view. The guest house is right off the main road and only a 10 minute walk from Potami Beach, and about a 20 minute walk into the town of Himare. I liked being outside the main town, and Amalia gave great recommendations for different beaches to explore nearby. I had such a wonderful stay here!! I will definitely return :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we booked, the communication with the host/property team was seamless, clear, and welcoming. The apartment/property matched the description and photos perfectly—it was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, making it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The property was a peaceful haven—exceptionally relaxing, calming, and blissfully tucked away from the noise of the main street and nightclubs. The air quality was noticeably high, making it a breath of fresh air, and the pool was absolute perfection; we spent hours enjoying it. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet retreat!

Very clean and beautiful place

Very clean house, in a quiet area 3 minutes outside Himara. we forgot something inside the house, and we spoke to the owner who sent us by bus to Tirana, a fantastic person.

Apollon’s Apartments is nestled further up on the hill away from the bustle of the town. If you don’t mind walking a bit or have a car, it’s the perfect place to have some quiet nights. The room has a small kitchenette and was more than adequate for my 3-night stay. Roberta was incredibly nice and she made me feel at home. Highly recommend!
