The room is clean and cozy; it is not luxury one but certainly worthy of its rental price. The bed and pillows are very comfy to me because I slept very well every night. The guest house is not located at the city center, but several supermarkets, restaurants, and food courts are within walking distance. My colleague and I are here for business and the location is very convenient for us to visit our business partners here. The guest house host, Gevorg, is very friendly and helpful. In addition to managing the guest house, Gevorg also runs a tour agent as another business. Gevorg provided us Airport pick-up and transportation service at very reasonable price. During we were doing business at Yerevan, we have some leisure time slots, and therefore we asked Gevorg to arrange two halt-day tours for us. Gevorg offered us tours at very reasonable price. He drove us to several must-visit Armenia spots. He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history, culture, story behind all these must-visit Armenia spots. We are very satisfied with the guided tours provided by Gevorg.
