The guesthouse was comfortable and clean, I slept and rested very well! The guesthouse was less than 10 min drive to Areni. The family works as a team offering great meals and a garden of eden of old grape vines intertwining over the patio.

Absolutely incredible amazing place. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet in your life. It's insane how nice, kind, and polite they are. The rooms are nice. The food is excellent. This is without a doubt the best place in the area. 10/10. Totally recommend staying here.

Siran is truly outstanding host. The guest house is new, every room has air conditioning (very important for Armenian summer). Breakfast is excellent. Dinner is served upon request and is better than you can find in most local restaurants. In general her hospitality is way beyond any expectations. This is basically a very high quality hotel combined with outstanding personal service. We highly recommend the place if you want to stay in Areni.

The host found a place for us to have dinner and to watch a football match nearby. Always available to sort out any kind of questions we had at the time. Our car battery run out in late night, though he was minding it's own business he came to help us, arranged an electrician and brought us home without asking for a penny Super nice
