The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Despite the unexpected situation, they were fully prepared and did everything they could to assist us. From the start, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We initially booked a family suite with a hot tub, but due to a system error, the reservation was confirmed under a room without one. The manager, Tatev, was amazing and quickly resolved the issue by upgrading us to a Ski In Ski Out suite with a hot tub. This thoughtful gesture made our experience unforgettable. The rooms were cozy, well-heated, and perfect for the winter ambiance. A tip for future guests: the heating controllers are beside the doors and might require a bit of searching to find, but once adjusted, the warmth is perfect. We stayed for two nights and loved the thoughtful amenities, especially the coffee machine and the availability of all necessary utensils in the room. It made our stay even more comfortable. A fun bonus is the free selection of board games available at reception. Overall, our experience was a solid 10/10, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you to the Chalet MyLer Resort team for making our trip so memorable!

Nice hotel! Surrounded by hills, covered with forests. Small river just under the windows - we had nice evening on the terasse with a bottle of wine! Staff helpful. Very good breakfast!!

The location is great! The hotel is very beautiful and tastefully designed. The jacuzzi is always heated, which is rare to find. At night, you can clearly see the stars! The staff members were super friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed every single day. You can also have a barbecue outside! It’s truly a great place for couples, families, or friends to relax and make wonderful memories.
