Personal súper amable i servicial. Autobús gratuït ràpid i directe al centre de Salzburg, a més de tot el transport públic de la zona inclòs a l'hotel. Esmorzar increïblement bo i variat. Ens van donar un regal de comiat. Molts espais comuns dins de l'hotel molt còmodes i agradables. Hi havia gratuïtament a la disposició del client varietat d'aigues (aigua amb llimona, amb taronja, de color rosa...), sucs i infusions. La zona molt maca i molt verda. Molt espai per aparcar.

L’atenció i l’habitació han estat excel·lent. Una parada en el nostre viatge per reposar i gaudir de les vistes. Cal dir que l’habitació estava molt neta.
