The property was even better than the pictures! The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was just outside of Graz in secluded nature. We were woken up by birds chirping :) It was very comfortable and it had all amenities for your trip. The parking spot was also partially covered and numbered which is great.

I stayed here for a work conference. The location is very close to TU Graz which was perfect for me. Due to being busy with work I didn't get to use the cooking tools in the kitchen, but they seemed adequate that if I wanted to cook it wouldn't have been a problem. Bed is huge and comfy, and the room is quite spacious. The shower is nice and clean. I didn't interact with the owners in person, but the instructions for check-in and check-out are clear enough to make a seamless experience. The welcome snack is a nice touch and there is a vending machine on the ground floor if you're lazy. There is no AC but a fan; I was fortunate enough to avoid the heatwave so I'm not sure how warm it would get however.

I like everything in the room. It’s a flat on the ground of the floor. But you have your own entrance. It’s a comfortable and clean flat. And the location is not far away from the center. I would love to come back again.
