Good breakfast, excellent pool

Location and spa. Lovely breakfast.

Everything about this is top notch. The staff goes out of their way to help you, the facilities are wonderful, the breakfast was good, the restaurant was great.

Proximity to ski lifts and walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Excellent breakfast, fresh juices, coffee machine, and made-to-order eggs.

location is perfect situated next to skilift . owner allowed us to use facilities whole last day.

one of the most amazing stay with an awesome view. Must stay for everyone who is visiting ehrwald area.

Amazing breakfast incl. fresh Banana milk. Very friendly and caring host. Good view from the balcony into the valley and towards Zugspitze.

Great location. Wonderful views from the apartment. Shopping center just around the corner. Lots of attractions and great hikes around. Bright clean and spacious apartment.

This is a camp so indeed there are some people that sleep in the tents or caravans, but this is a review of the apartment. Our apartment was very nice, well equipped. There is also a balcony with beautiful view of Zugspitze. The room was perfectly clean with comfortable beds and sink. The toilet and shower is shared by all the apartments of the floor, they also worked well and were clean. Wifi worked well. There are parking places on the premises and the staff will tell you where to park. There's a deadlock with the check-in as you cannot enter the premises before the check in, you cannot block the gate and there are no parking spaces at the gate. Moreover check in desk is some 150 meters ahead and you need 30 minutes to complete it. So the best advice would be to park at the public parking space just behind the bridge/river next to the main stret and to walk to do the check in. The check in and out has strict opening hours, make sure you know them in advance.

The view was amazing! We were so lucky to receive a little upgrade to the Mountain View apartment. Thanks to Mirjam :) She was so friendly and nice. The apartment has everything you need and has a small sauna in the common area. Highly recommended!

Location is PERFECT for skiing Lermoos and/or taking a short drive to the other ski areas such as Ehrwald (12 min by car). Also walkable to various restaurants as well as rental stores for equipment. The grocer is a little longer of a walk, but an easy drive.

Clean, functional, modern, with a nice breakfast and host. Ski room for gear. Location is walking distance to town and gondola.

The view from our room was AMAZING! (We had the "one bedroom balcony"). Stepping out of the apartment, you are immediately on a beautiful walking path surrounded by the scenery. There are 2 grocery stores nearby, and the kitchenette was great for heating or preparing simple meals. The owner was kind and available while at the same time giving us our privacy. There are hiking and fun excursions all around the area. We picked Lermoos and this guesthouse on a whim because we wanted to see Austria. It was our first time there and we didn't know what to expect, but it was wonderful! It reminded me of my homeland in British Columbia (Canada).

Very large, comfortable space. The view from the balcony was magical and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The great family oriented facility like kids room, washing room, storage room for easy drinks pick up.

The incredible view from the balcony. Apartment was spacious.

Everything. This is the perfect spot to base out of for mountain fun. Comfortable, kitchen has everything, and within walking distance of shops, food, and gondola. Loved the little gifts from the host. Perfect spot for a family.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is very beautiful, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The mountain view is absolutely stunning, and the spacious balcony made it even more enjoyable, it was wide, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing with my family. The apartment is large enough for 5 people, cozy yet very spacious, making it perfect for families. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and scenic place to stay, we would definitely love to come back again! شكرا ! 🙏🏼
