Everything was perfect, I dont remember this much great experience in my live. They sent pictures from Booking about where to park and how to collect key etc. We arrived and it took 30 seconds to find the door and get the key. Rest was even more fascinating. We felt like we were staying with our grandparents. It was like you are at home. Everything was available in the apartment but everything. Maybe more stuff comparing to 5 star hotel. Of course we didnt use all as we brought our stuff but it was very nice. Heating works perfect. Kitchen was even more great. Owners added a lot of stuff to fridge to drink, waters, wines, beers, cold drinks etc. I cannot recommend this place more to you, please go and enjoy.

Breathtaking view from a private terrace. Easy access. Convenient parking place. A very nice restaurant at a golf hotel nearby, just 5 min walk. Also has free pool access in a building across the road, but we didn’t have time to check it.

Exceptionally clean and good located. Very nice and friendly host. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need, although a bit small. The view from the balcony is stunning especially for morning coffee. We traveled with kids and stayed for 5 nights which was a pleasure and I would highly rate this property and recommend it. There is a ping pong table to play outside. מאוד ממליצה. כיף לילדים לצאת לגינה אחורית יש שם עופות.

Modern design, very appealing and spacious room. Views are Breathtakingly BEAUTIFUL! Sauna-wellness is great. Wonderful breakfast. Summer card allows you to use many local rides, etc, including the next door spectacular swimming pool complex. Incredible! You need to stay a minimum of 2 days fir the card, though. We will come back!

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the staff. The property offers ample parking, a safe environment, and a peaceful setting that made for a very relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit, making the experience feel personal and genuinely hospitable. The spa facilities were excellent and a highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast, which offered a nice variety of options, including delicious fresh-baked bread each morning. The hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations. The garlic cream soup and schnitzel were outstanding—so much so that we chose to dine there both evenings. The quality of the food, combined with the attentive service, made for a wonderful dining experience. Overall, a charming property that delivers comfort, excellent service, and a memorable guest experience. We would gladly return.

The surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous. Niederöblarn is a wonderful wee village and the Grimming is truly breathtaking to behold. We really enjoyed meeting Christine as well, who was extremely helpful. The facilities were everything that we had hoped for.

The house and its surroundings were nice, clean and beautiful. It had all the necessary equipment, the beds were comfortable, the accommodation was especially quiet and peaceful. Frau Pichler is very kind and helpful! The location is perfect, a wonderful small town close to everything. There are plenty of opportunities to hike or see the city, waterfalls, lakes, hiking trails within half an hour or an hour. Shopping opportunities 15 minutes. For me, an absolutely perfect accommodation, I can only recommend it to everyone!

A cozy apartment with beautiful view of the Grimming mountain, consisting of 3 bedrooms, kitchen and private bathroom (separated toilet). Pleasantly warm even in the freezing weather. The owner was very kind and helpful, everything went smoothly (incl. check-in, check-out, communication etc.) Two parking spaces available. Modern accommodation, well equipped kitchen, beatiful place and view. Dedicated parking space for the guests. Ski storage with heaters. We're really satisfied and enjoyed our stay a lot! Wifi is super fast and the beds are comfortable as well. Host was really kind and solved all of our requests. We're really satisfied.
