Personal súper amable i servicial. Autobús gratuït ràpid i directe al centre de Salzburg, a més de tot el transport públic de la zona inclòs a l'hotel. Esmorzar increïblement bo i variat. Ens van donar un regal de comiat. Molts espais comuns dins de l'hotel molt còmodes i agradables. Hi havia gratuïtament a la disposició del client varietat d'aigues (aigua amb llimona, amb taronja, de color rosa...), sucs i infusions. La zona molt maca i molt verda. Molt espai per aparcar.

Ubicació i instalacions molt bones. Esmorzar molt bo i complert. Amabilitat del personal, sobretot la noia de recepció del primer dia que no recordem el nom (Sidi, o semblant)
