The staff was all very nice and welcoming. I do not speak German, so I was a little worried because other comments said they didn't speak English, but one of them did. The breakfast was great and had a wide variety. The location is a little more than half a mile from the main city, but you can walk. There is a set of stairs you need to climb if walking from the city, but it wasn't a big issue. The property had a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. As a female traveling solo, I felt very safe in this city and at this property. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Ushi (I hoped I spelled her name right) was absolutely the best. Kind, happy, and accommodating. The cats and Mimi the dog were so sweet. You can't beat the view. We didn't have time to use the sauna or the pool but next visit we will for sure!
