The Charcoal Chalet was a well presented home with the host placing a lot of consideration into meeting the needs of his guests. The house was clean, provided a variety of utensils in the kitchen and the comfortable and ample bedding. It was a great place to relax with a verandah overlooking a rainforest landscape. In the cooler months there is a firepit area- hopefully next time the weather will be more on our side.

Forgot to take breakfast but had it on the way home at Pasture & Co at the Eco village in Currumbin Valley. Very nice and relaxing.

The house is pet friendly which was great, beautiful views, felt private and calming. Lovely pool and gardens, close to shops, beaches ect. We really enjoyed our stay it was easy to contact support when needed. The house is well looked after and in a lovely location feels like your ages from anything. House layout is great for large families as upstairs has 3 rooms and 1 shared bathroom and downstairs boasts 2 more bedrooms with another shared bathroom. 2 lounge areas so you can enjoy some speration. Lovely grand dining table that would fit 10 people and the kitchen looks over the property's amazing gardens.

Beautiful cottage in a peaceful setting. Lovely walks nearby. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee, muesli and honey. Highly recommend if you want a break from the rat race!

Claudia and Terence were very accommodating to us and our family, allowing us earlier check in and later check out so we had more time together with our family. The home was clean, tidy and spacious, and had a beautiful view over the lake.
