A very peaceful environment with a beatiful view of North West Bay. The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise whatsoever; we got a really great night's sleep during our 3-day visit. The breakfast was fantastic (way beyond expectations). Custom made to order, with homemade breads and homemade jams; really tasty.

Great location in Sandy Bay with safe, off street parking. Quiet & clean accommodation with access to shared lounge area. Room is spacious, bed comfy & en-suite bathroom was well-stocked with towels etc On this occasion my room was upstairs with a nice view A special treat was the excellent complimentary breakfast. Staff very respectful, & helpful.

Parking was very easy. There were a few steps down to the house but this was no problem for us, especially when we passed the padymelons in the lovely front garden. The house is great. Lots of charm and space. Four good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms with a bonus third toilet. The kitchen was well equipped but we only used the oven to reheat food. We liked having a dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer were simple to use and the large drying rack was much appreciated.
