Perfect location. The building was an old renovated school building. Very nice with the old school's original wood floors. The location was perfect for seeing sights in the area. Quiet and spacious.

Loved the cosy cottage with facilities for my beloved fur babies aka 18mth black lab & 9yr blue kelpie. The cottage was immaculately clean and the beds were very well appointed & comfortable. And what a view to wake up to! Magnificent! Thank you for a short but lovely stay :)

We stayed for only 2 nights in Te Anau and wished we could have stayed longer - the house is incredibly clean with everything you might need available. The owners are super friendly and helpful, we can recommend it to anyone and would come back in a heartbeat.

Austral Place 88 exceeded all our expectations. The place was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and truly felt just like our own home. Extremely cute and romantic tiny home overlooking gorgeous farmland. Greeted with a delicious bottle of wine when we arrived and found some light breakfast staples in the morning (eggs, toast, butter). The house is clean and was very easy to keep tidy. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area.
