Probably the best value / suite we stayed in Australia! Location is perfect for after a day of exploration in the Blue Mountains. And just love the suite and facilities. Very clean, neat, and definitely spacious enough! Plus great facilities! Regret not to try the room service dinner (saw it too late), which is very reasonably priced as well

This is my second stay here. It was a very clean room. Well located for my Show at The Hub up the street. The front desk staff member was excellent, There was a heater with a long extension cord, and a spare blanket as it was cold overnight in Springwood. Overall it was very good value for the cost. Undercover parking was appreciated and the after hours access was easy from the car park.

Check-in was easy, lovely well-meaning person. Large room, all services worked well. Lovely looking bed, well made and nice looking sheets and pillows. Seemingly lots of on-site parking.
