The bed I chose to sleep in (one of the queen beds) was comfortable. I think the other queen bed would have been too firm (same with the two single beds). The shower had good pressure and a steady temperature. I liked the fact that the toilet was in a separate room from the shower. I liked the lively decor and the two chickens in the back yard. (We were allowed to let them out of their pen because we did not have a dog with us.) It is a fairly short drive to Yanchep National Park where I took lots of bird and kangaroo photos. (The kangaroos start showing up about 4 p.m. to eat the grass around the historic inn.) I did not meet the owner of the house, but I talked with her on the phone and she seemed very nice.

We loved the stay at Lavender Manor. The host Jo is so nice and she really has a unique and lovely BnB. Every detail matches perfectly and the rooms were absolutely clean. We hope to be back some day and can really recommend staying there. And of course the breakfast is amazing. Thanks Jo!

It was in a great location close to family we were visiting, quick to get onto freeways etc. The accommodation was spacious for our large family, clean and homely.

We are riding a bicycle and this property has a protected yard that we could lock the bicycle in. It was also the near the last location we could lodge before we entered the backcountry. Food was an easy walk to and the view was wonderful.
