1. Bija pieejama pazemes stāvvieta 4 mašīnām. Visu uzturēšanās laiku tur atradās ne vairāk par 2 mašīnām, tāpēc problēmu ar izbraukšanu nebija. Ja būtu visas, tad būtu grūtāk. 2. Katru dienu uz vietas bija apkalpojušais personāls. Ļoti laipnas dāmas, kas bija gatavas palīdzēt risināt visus jautājumus. 3. Ļoti tīrs un komfortabls dzīvoklis, bija patīkami uzturēties. 4. Plaša iekšējā terase, kas bija kopīga visiem dzīvokļiem. Piekļūšana bija no dzīvokļa. 5. Gājiena attālums līdz vecpilsētai un 3. tramvajam, kas brauc cauri visai pilsētai. 6. Viegla reģistrēšanās, durvīm bija koda atslēga. Šajā apmešanās vietā jutos droši, komfortabli un noteikti iesaku arī citiem.
