I can't speak highly enough of the staff, they were fantastic, so hospitable, so kind. It is a beautiful hotel with massive authentic Turkish breakfast freshly prepared and designed with Turkish original decor throughout. When I checked in there was a welcome drink (cordial I think? Tasted cinnamon-y) with Turkish cookies. It's just across one of Sarajevo's famous bridges from the old town.
