I would like to get the attention of General Manager Mr. Khurshed Alam and Owner Mr. Taher on a particular employee named Zahidul Islam. Room Attendant Zahidul Islam provided outstanding customer service to me. Zahidul Islam is a talented, sharp and intelligent employee. I believe promoting Zahidul Islam to other pivotal positions at Elite Palace will maximize the growth and output of the hotel. I am wishing all the best for Room Attendant Zahidul Islam for his outstanding and remarkable customer service. Room Attendant Zahidul Islam is definitely a great asset for any employer/organization. I am hoping Elite Palace management will consider my suggestion and help promote Room Attendant Zahidul Islam rise his career ladder.
