Molt ben situat, just entrant al centre més animat i turístic, animat durant el dia però tranquil al vespre i a quatre passes de tot. Si vas en cotxe has de tenir en compte que és a la zona de baixes emissions, però és genial que té parking propi en un barri que sinó seria impossible. Molt ben arreglat, equipat i decorat, espaiós i amb boniques finestres sobre el canal. A Gant ens va costar trobar on comprar menjar per fer-nos alguns àpats nosaltres, fins que vam veure que just passat el pont hi ha un supermercat que està força bé.
