Location and space in the house, welcome gift.

The villa was top notch and excellent facilities, very clean and comfortable. You have everything you need and well organized. Very friendly host. Excellent and budget friendly

Everything was great, friendly owner. Clean, cozy...many rooms, unusual atmosphere....both me and my family really liked it

Everything was great, perfect relaxing location, comfortable stay, friendly host.

the property was absolutely amazing, styled with so much taste! and the owners were so so friendly and welcoming! definitely would recommend.

Darren gave clear instructions as to entering. All facilities were there ,including washing machine ,not needed this trip. Very clean and hopefully reflected by Darren on our departure We know where to go next time in the area 👍 And great Guinness Irish theme bar nearby

I really like how all ibis hotels are offering the same standards that you used to. This is why I prefer ibis whenever possible. This hotel staff was also perfectly friendly, the room and bed was comfortable, and the design was also enjoyable. The location of the hotel is just around the corner after the rathaus, which is where the Christmas market is. This was a big plus since you can go and have a look, enjoy and get back to your hotel without any tiredness.

Wrong code given, I arrived at 00:10am and couldn't gain access into the premises until 3:25am. My family (Wife and 2 children) were in the car till then. Called owner more than 40 times, didn't pick up the phone

Location in the center and parking lot.

Hetel is located next to the central square. Large rooms with private bathroom and refrigerator.

The swimming pool and hot tub were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, eggs cooked to order and delivered to our apartment.

We stayed here for one night whilst travelling from UK to GERMANY and it was absolutely excellent. Beautifully appointed bungalow with very nice, clean facilities. We booked one room only but I can imagine staying here for a few days with friends and using the entire bungalow must be awesome

Very friendly staff, cozy hotel

Great, spacious property. The living / dining room was lovely and the property had all amenities needed (coffee machine, hair dryer, kettle). Lovely setting, and very clean. Attentive hosts - would recommend!

A gorgeous and peaceful location. The host was brilliant and on hand for anything we needed. The house is stunning & mostly well equipped.

Location and the interaction of the owners

The best thanks to joris and ann very friendly and nice apartment , peaceful place ...

The villa was fabulous very homely and comfortable with so much attention pain sometimes in terms of providing everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It really did feel like a home away from home. The villa is spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms and a really big well equipped kitchen. It has a washing machine and dryer which we really appreciated. The location is lovely and quiet in pleasant surrounds with easy access to Bruges and Antwerp by car. Supermarket just 3 kms away.

Eva was an exceptional host from the very beginning. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and flexible, adapting to our needs and making our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The B&B is spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful little touches, such as complimentary slippers, shaving essentials, a minibar, and many other amenities that made us feel right at home. The breakfast deserves a special mention. It was absolutely outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Without a doubt, it was one of the best breakfasts we've ever had at a B&B. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
