Our spacious triple room was at the 27th floor with a nice view. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub while the WC was separate. The breakfast was excellent (36 Euros) but would be perfect if included some cakes. The hotel is very near to the train station. the pedestrian zone with the shopping street and the Grand Place.

Staff were friendly and responsive. Room was clean.

Walking distance from city centre and hub of transportation. There are many restaurants around. Great staff.

My experience was much better than what I expected when I booked online! I think the hotel staff made a nice difference, and the decor and room design and comfort beats a lot of hotels I've stayed in Brussels. Japanese design there made it simple, yet it makes sense of the available space into comfortable areas where you actually spend your time. I stayed with my parents who are used to high-end properties, and hoped they would like jt - they actually really did! The hotel alsos had a portable charger bank at the reception - though I didn't use it, I thought it was a smart service for visitors. Hotel location was only 10-15 minutes walking from our favorite attractions like Grand Place, Brussels Stock Exchange, Comics Museum etc. Definitely book here!

The location was perfect especially for December season where the Christmas market was just across the street. The reception lady (Blonde hair) was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Her English was perfect, and nothing was too much for her. Breakfast was so fresh and catered for all your needs.

We are currently living in France but decided to celebrate my birthday anniversary in Belgium this year and chose this hotel. It exceeded our expectations in everything: good location, beautiful and modern interior, excellent spa area, comfortable and convenient room, varied choice for breakfast, very helpful staff. And the Timber restaurant is beyond praise! Excellent dinner, drinks and waiters. Highly recommended.

Let me say this, the location of this hotel beats anything bad it may have. If I go to Brussels again, this is my one and only place to stay. You're less than 2 minutes away from the central station and carrefour express, 3 minutes away from the grand place and the most famous square in Brussels, 5 minutes away from the hop on hop off bus. Seriously, for this location, nothing else matters. Of course it's also clean and neat.

Amazing space in the room and a fantastic breakfast.

All of the staff we encountered especially the Bar and restaurant staff were excellent, bed was really-really comfortable, room was freshly and nicely renovated. We had a small issue with the lock on our room door, but the hotel had already checked in with us on watsapp so we spoke about it and it was repaired the very next morning. So that’s a real plus for us.

The Hotel is so chic and stylish, the decor and the whole vibes is so hip and cool. We went to Brussels for my birthday and the hotel had left a birthday card in our room for me and a coupon for two complimentary drinks, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. Also we encountered a minor hiccup one night due to issues with the water pipes but the hotel's prompt response was impressive. They immediately sent a technician to resolve the problem and, as a gesture of goodwill, gifted us a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The attention is great and the rooms are so spacious, yet cosy somehow. The hotel's location is excellent, with a nearby park and the train station within easy walking distance. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to this hotel for future visits and will seek out The Hoxton in any other city I explore.

Really clean and surprisingly wide room for a hotel. The beds are so comfortable and clean. Location is superb, walking distance from shops, restaurants. Its restaurant, Ninety One offers breakfast buffet with great choices at reasonable price. Carol at the reception is so cordial and helpful.

The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The staff is helpful and nice. Breakfast is good. I loved the fruit variations. Location is great if you want to explore the old town and it's close to many attractions. It's also family friendly.
