We were thrilled with the large size of the suite and access to a kitchen so we didn't have to leave the room to get food (we brought out own); we also LOVED the pillows and had the best sleep ever! Appreciated the iPhone charging stations, provisions of milk and sugar for our morning coffees, and beautiful fireplace. Overall, it was exceptional.

A beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. the room was well decorated with a very comfortable easy chair with footstool by the windows, plenty of outlets and good lighting. very comfortable bed with cozy woolen rug next to it and good shower. Initially seemed a bit strange having shower (etched glass walls) essentially in the middle of the room but was fine and the bathroom area was spacious and the underfloor heating is wonderful. Molton Brown products are always a plus! The minibar was well stocked and good to have kettle as well as Nespresso machine (and real milk). staff very prompt in replying to requests and providing extra coffee capsules and tea. Norca restaurant was excellent, we had a wonderful dinner our first night with lovely servers, delicious cocktails, wine (good selection) and food (elk chaussons were melt-in-the mouth yummy) …. but not cheap!

This bed and breakfast is perfect for a stay in the center of Ottawa, in a very good and central but at the same time calm and quiet location. The host Pierre is such a nice and welcoming person, who gave us very good recommendations about local sights and activites. The breakfast was very delicious and more than we expected. The room and the bathroom are nice and clean. Would definitely come back again!

I fell in love with Gatineau, thanks to the Kokomo. John was an exceptional host and great company who took time to show me the best spots in the area, and, while I was sorry to have missed Parissa this time, her warmth and presence was felt throughout the lovely accommodations. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Ottawa/Gatineau, and I am already trying to find an excuse to return. Thank you for the beautiful visit!
