The Old Lodge is in a stunning rural spot, surrounded by lakes and only an hour's drive from Algonquin National Park. The lodge itself was spacious and well-equipped - perfect for a few-days retreat. Maria couldn't have been a more helpful host, even offering me eggs and lettuce from her farm and the farm next door
