For an old hotel, it is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was the true star of the show! Every single staff member was going the extra mile and being friendly and kind and so so helpful. Sophia at the front desk is second to none!

Wonderful room for the price! I was so impressed with the sunlight streaming through the many windows and the very comfortable room. Sure, the paint was a bit chipped but, at that price, I was expecting a lot worse! And the location is ideal for CAT ferry passengers. Just a 5 minute straight shot to the terminal and to lots of conveniences like fast food restaurants and gas stations, as well as 2 lovely riverwalks. The owner, also, was very sweet and helpful.

Conveniently located in the town of Yarmouth, Lakelawen Motel is just steps from Lake Milo and a 5-minute drive from the Yarmouth Ferry Terminal.

We had the 1 bedroom suite, the kitchen was nice. Liked the built-in ice maker on the fridge. Water pressure in the shower was good..backyard area was cute, and private.couch was comfy.
