Everything was excellent! Except the booking through you was problematic! You guys weren’t on same page as hotel!!

Excellent location, cleanliness, and unique architecture of the building and the facilities.

Super modern hotel with everything you could want, great choice of hot and cold breakfast, room size and view (13th floor) was great. Free mini bar which was restocked, coffee machine, safe, air con good, bathroom awesome with powerful shower. All staff friendly and helpful, would gladly stay again.

Great location, very clean room, children got a little present upon arrival. Cool thing is the Basel card so that we could move around with public transport for free.

The property is retirement home, nevertheless the facilities are great. Internet is fast, very clean apartment and property in general.

Very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed and a very peaceful place to spend time near the river. It is clear that a lot of care and thought was put into creating a pleasant stay for guests. I would stay here again if I returned!

It was the perfect stay. The views from the balcony are exceptional and it is very peaceful.

This is the best possible property in the whole Basel area. Although it is located in Germany, it is practically on the Swiss border and has excellent transportation connections to the central region. The apartment is luxurious and comfortable, with a lot of free space to feel at home. The terrace is fantastic and probably the best spot for BBQs and chilling at sunset. The host was so friendly and helped us feel at home. He gave us good advice and put in effort to help us find the best options for eating and transportation to the property. The property is incredibly clean, fully equipped, and situated in a quiet, private complex. If I visit Basel again - this will be my only choice for staying. Thank you so much, Artur! Best Regards

The breakfast and food are absolutely delicious. Cannot say enough about how friendly the staffs are to their customers. This place is a gem.

Superb view from my room. Bedrooms well sound proofed, so that once my door was shut I couldn't hear other guests. Good continental breakfast, with bacon, sausage and scrambled egg on offer, with unlimited coffee. For a budget stay, I found it excellent value for money. I was given a complimentary Basel card to travel free in public transport during my stay. Excellent!

Clean and well appointed for all our needs! Stocked with plenty of coffee, water and toiletries. Comfortable beds. Laundry on site was a plus for travelers!

Location was great and size and privacy of property.

Check in was so simple. The room was much larger than I anticipated and the bed was so comfortable. Air conditioning was such a luxury! I really enjoyed the Nespresso pods and tea, plus the water. The double pane windows muted nearly all outside noise. And it was so close to the Bahnhof. Unbeatable location for someone traveling by train.

Breakfast was excellent - high quality food and drink. Coffee and tea were very good. Personnel were very friendly and courteous. Bed was very comfortable.
