Our 3-day stay in Lugano was made unforgettable thanks to this incredible apartment. The place was spotlessly clean, and the facilities provided were truly top-notch. What impressed us most was the hosts' incredible attention to detail. As international travelers, we were so touched to find that they had even provided universal power adapters—it’s rare to find hosts who think of such small but essential needs. From the check-in instructions to the check-out process, everything was explained with perfect clarity. The manual for the appliances inside the room was also very detailed and easy to follow.  Owner have truly elevated the guest experience to a professional, five-star hotel level.
