The lobby was amazing - really liked the decor! and the coffee machine. The staff was friendly. We even got a birthday gift. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was great. The location is not the fanciest, but it's right next to the train station and to a bus stop which is super comfortable. There are also restaurants and shops around.

We woke up to a stunning view of the mountains and sounds of birds chirping. The location was perfect, quiet but close to the center. We had a little difficulty finding the property but the owner was able to assist us easily even though we arrived late at night, she attended to our texts and requirements quickly. The lodge itself was lovely, very cosy and includes a lot of necessities and most importantly very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Lala. Daniela is very sweet and helpful and is an amazing host. She stays in the apartment below and is available in case we need any help. She is available via phone and messages whenever we need. She showed us around the apartment and explained everything when we checked in. She was also kind enough to store our luggage after check out (our flight was later in the evening). She even carried our heavy luggage down the stairs and left it out for us to collect it near the main entrance to the apartment, which was very sweet of her. The apartment is very comfortable. There were sufficient vessels and dishes for basic cooking. There is a coffee machine with amazing coffee (The coffee pods were provided). There is also a toaster and microwave oven with grilling facility. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the apartment is gorgeous! The Interlaken guest card is provided after checking in and is valid for your length of stay. The usage of public transport within the Interlaken area is free of cost with this card. The nearest bus station is just 2 mins away and is named "fussweg spital". The Interlaken West train station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment or 2 stops away by bus. The apartment is very near to the hospital (Spital Interlaken). There is a side gate entrance which is closer to the apartment than the main entrance especially when you have heavy luggage.

Very nice and helpful staff, cleaned every day, everything is clean and new. Comfortable beds. We were in the room with the separate entry which was very cool. There is a free parking which is well organized. The breakfast was very nice. The location is great too. 10 min walking from the center, 20 min walkin from the best rope park. And in the same time in the most quiet part.

A little gem of a hotel. Excellent location, free parking nearby. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast, fabulous coffee. Very modern rooms with good shower and water pressure, comfortable beds. Especially loved the facility of the guest lounge which we took advantage of most nights. Eating out is expensive in Switzerland so great to be able to obtain a take away from the CoOp and heat up in the microwave.
