First, I don’t usually give tens, but Hotel Gerig and their staff more than deserve it. They made our one-night stay exceptionally pleasant. Already at reception we immediately felt at home. When asked about a possible walk to take he went outside with us to show the way. Two other staff members were extremely nice to my 6-year old. The hotel is very nicely decorated with art and pictures all over. The restaurant has excellent evening food and breakfast and looks as welcoming as the rest. On top of that the bedroom was great! Easy to reach from Göschenen by bus (stop Wassen Dorf)

Stayed here for one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer! The area is quiet, charming, and conveniently located. The staff were all welcoming and nice, the room was very clean, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! We also ate at the restaurant which was cozy and delicious. What a great stay, thank you Hotel Sternen!

Excellent location for overnight stop to be early at the Gotthard tunnel or pass the next day. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom, plenty of free parking spaces. Has its own restaurant and terrace but also several other restaurants in few minutes reach by car.
