the location was fab the area of the apartment was good - not very spacious but not very crowded too the sound of the waterfall added to the beauty supermarket was just 60m away

Our room was clean and cozy. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and we also had dinner a couple of times and it was great. The lady from the restaurant was so sweet and took really good care of us. From the balcony we could see the gardens, snowy mountains and waterfalls. We would go back anytime.

Lovely apartment located close to the train station and surrounded by the mountains, close to the lake. Close to such a lovely town and shops. A lovely apartment with TVs, comfy beds, shower/bath, dishwasher and everything you’d need in the kitchen, and washing machine in the basement too. A very nice and affordable place to stay!

There’s always that special feeling when you find a true gem, and you simply don’t want to share it. That’s exactly how I felt about these apartments. It’s perfection in every sense. I travel often, but it’s rare to find a place where absolutely nothing is missing. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare a meal, even appliances most guests probably wouldn’t use, but they’re there just in case. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, and the shower even lets you play music so you can sing along while you wash. The living room feels like a private cinema, with a screen over three meters wide. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome. A bar of Swiss chocolate and a bottle of prosecco await you. When I asked the host if there was a way to dry our wet clothes, she kindly took care of them for us. They came back washed, dry, and neatly folded. You often see booking platforms say that the photos match reality. In this case, they don’t. The reality is so much better. Truly 11 out of 10. The host even apologized that there was no mountain view from the balcony because it was raining and cloudy at the time. I sincerely wish every host could offer just a fraction of the warmth and care found in this place.

The property was spacious and sqeeky clean! It is situated very near to the centre of Kandersteg; about a ten minute walk. The view from the balcony is amazing. I would definately stay there again!

We left everything about this town, the property, and the host was very nice and helpful. She Gave me information about what was open on a major holiday. I would come back again. This time was too short.

Beautiful room in the original chalet! Great breakfast! Wonderful to start or finish the day in the pool - great that the hotel provided bathrobes!

The rolling out spa-bath, view from our balcony, hotel pool and the hotel breakfast were all highlights. There was a small bar fridge in our room. Great location for the Oeschinensee cable car and hike.

Everything you need to have a fantastic holiday

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided an electric kettle in the room for my morning tea, at my request. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, a short walk from the train station and other parts of the village. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. We especially liked the balcony and the sounds from the nearby stream. Nice mountain views from the main bedroom. It was easy to access the key from the lock box and there is a lift in the building. Good value for money in the area. The hosts are responsive and provide good directions.

Just perfect. Cozy rooms, nice design, beautiful location. I loved that it’s next to a little brook. Spent a night there with 2 kids.
