Set in Interlaken, 19 km from Grindelwald Terminal, Chalet Hostel @ Backpackers Villa Interlaken offers accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The property is 80 metres from the city centre and 21 km from Giessbachfälle. I'm not a fan of hostels, but when travelling to Switzerland you don't get much choice with the high prices. The rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Big size lockers available on the rooms, secured with a card key so you don't have to worry about bringing your own lock. Location is great, near both train stations in Interlaken, plus the hostel gives you a free bus ticket to reach the accomodation.

The view is fantastic, facilities are spotless and the kitchenette suited our needs. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful, cannot fault anything with our stay at all. We will be back....

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. Everything! The location - the ski school and the meet point, and the ski area was just at the front door of this hotel. The big party started at about 9:30am every morning and ended at about 4:30pm, and it came back to be quiet and peaceful. The room - the three-bedroom apartment was big and relaxing; views were amazing throughout windows and the large balcony. the kids loved this apartment. The staffs - hospitable, nice and helpful. Especially the front desk lady (I think her name is Martina), she was so kind and gave us so much help and information! The foods - all the foods we’ve tried in the hotel restaurant were delicious. A lot choices for breakfast and they had a little different menu every day; dinners were also amazing. The facilities - I really enjoyed their sauna room (with two goats next door lol) and the massage services. The place was new, clean, relaxing and private.

Guests also benefit from free public transport throughout the city. The staff was especially friendly. The bathroom was a great size, with good lighting and nice interior finishes. The spa was also lovely, and we appreciated being able to use it after check-out

Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. Man were can I start, the location is absolutely gorgeous, I stayed in the attic and shared a bathroom with 2 other rooms but it wasn’t a problem at all, the room comes with a sink which is really convenient. I had the view of the waterfall outside my window and wow it was beautiful, especially at night. The room comes with a fan during the summer so you don’t have to worry about getting too hot. Their breakfast is also good and the staff were wonderful and kept asking if we needed anything, which was amazing.

The Silberhorn Hotel in Lauterbrunnen is situated off the main street, only 150 metres from the train station, providing access to the skiing and hiking areas. Free parking and free Wi-Fi is available. Excellent stay at Hotel Silberhorn! Wonderful people, delicious food, and incredible views!

The staff is friendly and helpful. It has its own parking. I recommend it.
