The staff was realy good, especially for Sara, she was so very kind to us when the first time we arrive at hostel, she arrange our room and explain all the facilities to us. We like all the facilities espesially the kitchen, we saw everybody cook and eat together in the same room. It was so warm. The room it's so great with mointain view. This is recomended for family travelling.

Free WiFi is available in all areas and Interlaken is a 5-minute drive away. Alpina is the cutest and coziest hotel! We had so much fun exploring the area. The owners are so kind and had amazing recommendations for both food and fun!

This is one of the best places I have stayed. The view was amazing from the apartment, tye self check in system is easy and the breakfast in the morning was great. Our host did a great job and was very friendly. The room was big and had what we needed.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. Everything! The location - the ski school and the meet point, and the ski area was just at the front door of this hotel. The big party started at about 9:30am every morning and ended at about 4:30pm, and it came back to be quiet and peaceful. The room - the three-bedroom apartment was big and relaxing; views were amazing throughout windows and the large balcony. the kids loved this apartment. The staffs - hospitable, nice and helpful. Especially the front desk lady (I think her name is Martina), she was so kind and gave us so much help and information! The foods - all the foods we’ve tried in the hotel restaurant were delicious. A lot choices for breakfast and they had a little different menu every day; dinners were also amazing. The facilities - I really enjoyed their sauna room (with two goats next door lol) and the massage services. The place was new, clean, relaxing and private.

Guests also benefit from free public transport throughout the city. The staff was especially friendly. The bathroom was a great size, with good lighting and nice interior finishes. The spa was also lovely, and we appreciated being able to use it after check-out

Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. Wow what a location! Thank you to Adam, Tristan, Maria & the whole Hotel Staubbach team who went above & beyond for us during our short stay in Lauterbrunnen. Everything was great. We could not fault this place. They take care of their guests & gave us guidance of where to eat & what to do whilst we were there. We had to check out early & they had taken the time to make us sandwiches & snacks since we would miss the breakfast service the following morning.
