Jó környéken, az autópálya mellett volt, de nem volt zavaró zaj. A parkoló, a bejutás, a közvetlen kommunikáció mind segített, hogy a kiállítás dolgaira tudjunk koncentrálni. A konyha jól felszerelt volt, önellátást a kis bolt is segítette, de közelben 3 másik üzlet is elérhető volt. Szoba kényelmes, a kanapé ágy nem viszont nem volt az.

Az 1737-ben született La Longeraie mezőgazdasági birtokon, 1912-ben tanult bentlakásos iskolában. Az épület a régi kövek báját egy zöld parkkal ötvözi.
