The hosts were very professional and welcoming. They listened to and accomdated our needs without question. They even prepared us breakfast the night before so that we could eat in the morning as we left at 5am. The room and bathroom were clean, bright and comfortable. I appreciated that there was a fan in the room and access to a coffee machine and tea kettle. We had everything we needed - highly recommend!

Beautiful old hotel with an exceptional spa! I believe my stay included access to the spa and breakfast. It was a little pricey but Switzerland is an expensive country! Great location right on the river and short walk to Forty Seven Spa and the town of Baden. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fine nothing special but comfortable. I would stay here again!

Our host Marco could not have been more helpful and kind. We loved our stay and will definitely return and stay at the RIVER RESIDENCE again, next time we would love to try one of the rooms with a balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, comfy beds and there was a bonus 'laundry room' which we had access to. We were close enough to town to easily walk but quiet and away from road noise........all in all the "PERFECT STAY" Many thanks to Marco and his wonderful team! Steve & Hannah
