The place was spotless clean, including kitchen facilities and bathroom. We stayed there end of June / beginning of July and it wasn't crowded. Pleasant stuff, delicious breakfast, convenient and quiet - despite being close to the river. This accommodation is located near several bus stops from where you can get into various places & cable cars. You can also take nice walks directly from it.
