Thank you to the owner of the hotel, who was so lovely and accomodating for everything. We dined for both dinner and breakfast and both were great and very tasty. The staff were very helpful. The views are incredible. We sat out on the terrace having drinks until the sun started to set. The mountain views are amazing. You are very high up (around 1500m) in a very sweet Swiss mountain town. You have to see it! Its very authentic and we loved that. Everything that you needed in the rooms.

We stayed 4 nights: Sept 25 - Sept 29. Clean. Quiet. Great View. We arrived in our rental car vehicle. Elsbeth welcomed us, explained all apartment amenities. Much attention to detail. Instructions written in several languages: how to operate appliances, binders with local information (tourism and history). Large living and dining room, fully equipped Kitchen, office room & desk. Large closet cabinets. Elsbeth stocks breakfast: milk, coffee, chocolate, Ovomaltine, sugar, different kinds of bread, butter, homemade jam, honey, cheese, meat platter, different kinds of muesli, boiled eggs and fruit yogurt. We had a perfect stay at Otto's place with everything taken care of and a very warm welcome. The apartment has everything you could wish for and we loved the view and the amenities in the apartment. Overall a perfect getaway to relax!

Not the hotel at fault but did not realize there would be a much road and rail noise. Didn't read the map closely enough, facilities and comfort was very good

Good Price and easy to find and good for connecting to Zermatt. i was looking for a place jus to stay and easy for me to go zermatt so this place is well recommended. Quiet and peaceful. Just next to the bus stop.

This apartment has everything a family would need for a short or long stay. Two well furnished bedrooms and a kitchen that had everything you need. The host/hostess were absolutely delightful. There was a welcome basket with chocolates (we stayed over Easter) and wine. Incredible views of the mountains. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
