Beautiful hotel hundreds of years old that served incredible food. The staff were all amazing but as many have said you often have to go down to the restaurant on the bottom floor below reception to find them. They have a washing machine and drier you can use for 4CHF each which was wonderful. There is a bus to East and another to West one minute from the hotel. They run every 30 minutes or you can walk in 15. Room was beautiful and I’m 6’5” and while the roof is low I was fine. Interlaken is a fantastic travel hub and has great services. I’d love to return some day.

As always, a wonderful place to relax, with outstanding lake views and easy to reach both Interlaken and Brienz, as the train and bus stations are very close. Absolutelly wonderful staff, feeling like home everytime I visit. Very modern bathroom, coffee and tea in the room, slippers, etc. Highly recommended place!

Starting with the location very close to city center, Coop supermarket, outdoor activity center, Interlaken Ost station within 10 minutes walking distance, restaurants, coffees, stores, attractions etc, the owner of the property is an amazing gentleman he is very helpful and kind and always looking if you need help. He the reason of loving our stay. It has private parking and laundry in the basement, Free drinking water near by. Playground for the kids. 3 bed rooms and lobby, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with tube There are a lot positives in the property I strongly recommended to anyone thinking of traveling to Interlaken

We woke up to a stunning view of the mountains and sounds of birds chirping. The location was perfect, quiet but close to the center. We had a little difficulty finding the property but the owner was able to assist us easily even though we arrived late at night, she attended to our texts and requirements quickly. The lodge itself was lovely, very cosy and includes a lot of necessities and most importantly very clean.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a large living room and kitchen. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. There is also a washing machine. Its not too far from Interlaken Ost (about 15 minutes walk) and is directly next to a large park, where the paragliders land. We found it comfortable. Just remember to get the Host's contact number as he is contactable via WhatsApp. The apartment is also close to restaurants and supermarkets, which makes it very convenient.
