In the time that I have known Pearl, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and a genuine commitment to providing top-notch service to our guests. Pearl's interpersonal skills are truly remarkable. She has an innate ability to make guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into the hotel. Her warm demeanor and attentive nature create an inviting atmosphere that guests often mention in their reviews. Pearl goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a positive experience, whether it's assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, providing information about local attractions, or resolving any issues they may encounter during their stay. I found the standard of this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. The views from my room were amazing. There was a beautiful long walk along the beach, just behind the hotel, which I used most days during my 5 night stay there. The gym is well equipped with great sea views. The subway / metro is just a short walk away and it is very cheap and convenient to get anywhere in the island. The most important asset of this hotel by far, is the amazing staff who work there. They, all, really go out of their way to help in anyway they can. One member of staff is particular which would be unfair not to mention is a beautiful young lady Angel. She is incredibly polite, well mannered, patient, professional, impeccably dressed, knowledgeable and most helpful. Any advice or guidance she provided to me, was very useful and accurate. I owe her immense gratitude for making my stay there a memorable one. Thank you all the staff and Angel in particular. Manochehr

The location of the accomodation is perfect. It is 15 minutes driving from the hotel (we had a 24 hours stop for our flight). The People were very helpful.

We like the design of the room wall and the hotel LED flooring and wall. Breakfast is great for us because of the varieties of food selection. We were greeted and hotel walkaround by GM Ms Spring Hang and warm hospitality provided by Director Of Operation Mr Bryan Long. Thanks to them!

The breakfast was okay. Not much choice for a Muslim like me. But we enjoyed the Miso Soup and Cold Noodle. It was really nice. The hotel allowed me to extend check-out time to 3 pm which was really helpful as our flight was at 730pm.
