Me and my sister stayed for a prolonged weekend. The room was super nice, clean and cozy. Thanks to the location (and mattresses), we slept like babies every night (quiet and dark nights - good for your melatonin). The owner was friendly yet not intrusive and the accommodation offered lots of freedom for us to spend the time in our own tempo.

This "villa" is definitely economical and that's the best I can say. First, the address given was useless to Google Maps. It took us to a remote winery several kilometers away. The owner's texted instructions were also difficult but after some searching and intuition we found a property matching the booking.com photo. Rather than a villa, the building is similar to a US 3-room motel. On arrival, there was no one to be found and no lights lit. After a while, we realized that one room had the key left in the door. Amenities are lacking -- no electric water pot, no refrigerator but, again, it was a cheap place to sleep, 31€ in January.

The perfect location for a stop while returning from a skiing day in Austria. The reception is open 24/7 which makes the hotel even more attractive for people who want to stay in the slopes as long as possible. The hotel is clean and comfortable, has spacious rooms and nice, comfortable beds. Good breakfast was included in the price. The full scale duty-free shop from old times (before Shengen) is still in operation on the ground floor (and open 24/7), so you can easily buy gifts and souvenirs for yourself and all the relatives :-). Very interesting place indeed. Note - the reception is at the back of the shop, perhaps not an obvious location, but people in the shop are really nice and helpful.

Easy to find. Free parking. Hotel is separated fro the restaurant. well balanced quality/price. close to Austrian border. Prices for petrol are less than in Austria, so it’s good to have this point as a final before entering more expensive country. We also liked local beer.

We've stayed once already in this apartment. The furnishing is nice, modern and comfy and there is a pleasant little garden to sit and have a coffee. We got a bottle of wine as a welcome present:) The apartment is located in a small village close to Znojmo and there is a superb pizza in one of the nearby villages.
