5 star hotel! Exceeded all expectations. Entry was clean, pleasantly decorated, and easy check in procedures. Staff emailed and responded quickly. Language wasn't a barrier. Rooms were large, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, plenty of pillows, and even a candle. The included breakfast was superb and the restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent with fantastic customer service. We were there for a pickleball tournament and wouldn't love to return. I wish they had this hotel in every city!

Beautiful central location in Dülmen,easy distance to the Train station and if you are here for the Dülmener Wildpferde,you can rent a bike at the Train station and discover the beautiful area.Everything is sign posted. And If you are thinking of going to Münster by train, you can take your bike free of charge on the train. The property itself was modern,very clean and airy.It had everything you needed for a short to medium stay. We loved everything. You can cook or you can go downstairs to the lovely Restaurant "Bei Mem". Delicious food at a very fair price. (Vegetarian options available) Our hosts were warm and welcoming.Just lovely people. My favorite thing about the property was all the beautiful Rituals Karma Products.What a treat. We will be back.
