The gentleman in charge of the hotel met me when I arrived and took me to my room, even though I arrived late. This hotel room is really exceptionally good - new and modern, everything works and it was quiet and peaceful at night. The owner is very friendly and helpful and I can really recommend this hotel. I will be back!

good location if you want to have easy access to Hamburg, lubeck and Keik. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. walking distance to supermarket and good restaurants.

When I booked my room, I forgot to check the reviews beforehand. A few days before my stay, I checked the reviews of this pension, which caused my expectations to hit rock bottom. Given those low expectations, I was positively surprised. - The room was clean, and the bed was comfy - I booked a solo room but was assigned a triple room. Of course, I only needed one bed, but I liked the extra space. - The kitchen was a nice extra, especially given the price of the pension. - Check-in required me to call the owner but was otherwise smooth

The place itself is lovely. Nice and quiet location and the facilities are perfect. Everything was nice and clean with modern kitchen and bathroom.

I felt little chilly but no heating facilities . and the roof top in schlafzimmer almost about to touch my head when I stand up , that's a problem about the schlafzimmer rooftop . It can't be modified because the pension is to be designed like that , but otherwise ok . the wohnzimmer needed heating facilities , not the schlafzimmer .
